The combination of light fiberglass shaft and the new fiberglass reinforced polyethylene (PE) V-concave paddle blade is a good alternative to heavier aluminum paddles. The shafts have a horizontally roughened surface for a good grip and are equipped with an aluminum extension and a comfortable ABS grip.
