While kitesurfing often focuses on strong wind and big air, reality is often different: light to moderate conditions are much more frequent. The Stylus was designed exactly for these situations – with maximum planing efficiency and excellent upwind performance when there is only little power.
A revised bottom shape improves early planing and stability, allowing the board to release quickly from the water with minimal effort. The wide outline and low rocker maximize usable surface area, while beveled tips reduce spray and maintain control even in choppy conditions – conditions common in light wind.
Combined with a light wind kite like the Moto XL, the Stylus becomes the ultimate session saver. It’s the board you’re already riding while others are still standing on the beach, watching the water, and hoping for more wind.
