DELIVERY TIMES
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 2-5 business days, for deliveries abroad within Europe (European Union) within 3-6 business days, for deliveries abroad within Europe (outside the European Union) within 4-8 business days, and for deliveries abroad outside Europe within 8-16 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Our delivery is subject to the condition that we ourselves are supplied correctly and on time. Claims for damages due to delayed delivery are excluded unless we are guilty of gross negligence.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES AND FEES
If the delivery is to a country outside the EU, the customer may be required to pay additional customs duties, taxes or fees, but not to the provider; rather, these are payable to the competent customs or tax authorities there. Customers are advised to check the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing an order.
