AN ACE IN DOWNWIND FOILING

The Ace Foil is characterized by its iconic pin-tail design for efficient takeoff and downwind tracking. The outline is designed to resemble nature's most streamlined shape, a teardrop, and the slightly recessed standing area gives the rider a flat, stable, and more connected feeling over the foil. After several test trips to Thailand, Australia, the USA, and Tenerife, we found that the Ace Foil is a fantastic crossover board, not only for SUP downwinding but also for light wind wingfoiling and SUP surfing.

ACE OUTLINE

The teardrop outline is the most efficient outline, offering even volume and a stable shape.

PIN TAIL

Tracking and efficiency are two important aspects of the pintail design. The pintail provides excellent tracking for catching waves, while also channeling the water back together, which enables more efficient takeoff and landing.

NARROW WIDTH

Designed for downwind speed and early takeoff. The goal of the Ace Foil is to offer a super-fast accelerating board to quickly catch waves and accelerate onto the foil.

• Fly faster with a lighter board: By using high-quality 150g biaxial carbon, the board is significantly lighter yet incredibly stable and stiff. A special process creates a double stringer that increases
  break resistance and stiffness.
• Reinforced standing area: High-density PVC in the standing area improves durability and prevents dents in the heel area.
• Maximum stiffness and strength: Lightweight biaxial carbon fibers on deck and bottom provide stiffness and strength. An arrow-shaped PVC stringer provides additional break resistance and stiffness over the foil, which is essential for long, narrow
  shapes.
