The sonar foil system is connected to the board with a lightweight, CNC-milled aluminum board adapter, featuring a conical geometry locking connection that connects to the mast and merges the board adapter and the mast into a single unit. This ensures optimal load transfer and a stronger, more direct feel, as well as precise steering impulse behavior during foiling. FE analysis allows us to increase strength in areas with the highest stress loads and reduce unnecessary weight in areas with lower loads. The system features a strong geometry locking connection for better energy transfer and a more direct feel.
