The new downwinder was designed to make getting on the foil as easy as possible and surfing for as long as possible. The fascination of downwind foiling takes on completely new dimensions with the downwinder.

The Downwinder is available in sizes 5'10" and 6'2" and was developed 100% for downwind foiling. The shape, based on race SUP boards, helps you get flying even in moderate conditions and ensures maximum control over the foil so that you can fly as far as possible.

The stretched outline ensures higher speed and makes it possible to start with smaller foils and fly long distances even faster. The increased volume in the nose makes the board easier to pump and is therefore easy to start even in difficult conditions. The lowered deck reduces the thickness of the board and provides a more direct feel to the foil.

Thanks to the round nose and the round edges, which are then slightly beveled towards the tail, the board is very easy to control during touchdowns. The kick in the tail nose gets the board out of the water and flies straight on after a possible touchdown. Due to the outline becoming slimmer towards the rear, the area of ​​the board at the rear is reduced, meaning that the board brakes less during touchdowns and remains gliding.

Extreme high aspect wings can also be used thanks to the foil boxes being moved forward. In addition, the position can be adjusted to your own body weight, the foil and your own preferences. For less resistance when paddling and an uninterrupted deck pad, handles on the floor and deck have been omitted.
