NP High Lift Concept

Thanks to the advanced leading-edge geometry and optimized entry profile, each wing generates maximum thrust and acceleration for its size. This significantly expands the range of use, allowing riders to use a smaller wing than usual under the same conditions. The result is easier handling and greater maneuverability.

HIGH TENSION CANOPY

The 3D shape of the canopy leading edge is defined by a series of crosswise panels that converge at the wingtips. This design optimally uses the structure of the leading edge to create maximum tension in the critical entry areas. The result is more lift, a higher stall angle for better acceleration in light wind, and efficient flying at low angles of attack for more control and higher top speeds in strong wind.

HD POLY X-PLY RIPSTOP WINDOWS

The pro models feature ultra-light X-Ply ripstop windows. Integration into the panel layout ensures the perfect balance of visibility, low weight, and structural stability so you can fully focus on your session.

Backpack XL

Fits your FireFly Pro SL when folded – including mounted long front mono handle and short rear handle. Extra features: attachment points for pump and helmet, plus a front pocket for keys, smartphone, and smaller items.

GRADUATED RIPSTOP

The canopy uses 5x5 ripstop in the front area and 6x6 ripstop in the rear area to achieve the optimal balance of stability and weight. The crosswise panel construction maintains the shape even under load and reduces material stretch over time.

AEROTEX

The central material of the FireFly PRO Leading Edge is based on our latest pro-level construction material AeroTex. This high-tech composite consists of woven UHMWPE (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene) in black, complemented by a protective film layer on one side and reinforced with Aramid X-Ply in the core. This combination offers exceptional strength, durability, and abrasion resistance while remaining lightweight. This allows the leading edge diameter to be reduced and stiffness increased—ideal for demanding conditions.

AEROTEX LIGHT (NEW)

In selected areas of the wing, especially the wingtips, AeroTex Light is used—the latest development of our high-performance material. This white version features a slightly modified X-Ply structure with wider fiber spacing and is about 10% lighter than standard AeroTex (73 g/m² vs. 82 g/m²). Despite the lower weight, it maintains high strength, stability, and responsiveness—ideal for reducing swing weight and for even more direct handling in sensitive wing areas.
