AIRLITE FOAM CORE The ultra-light dual-density foam core minimizes weight while maintaining high stability in heavily stressed areas. High-density reinforcements under the heels prevent core compression.
CORE-LOAD DISTRIBUTION A Y-shaped paulownia wood reinforcement in the core absorbs impact forces and runs along the force lines to efficiently transfer the load from the bindings to the edges.
ULTRA CARBON TECHNOLOGY The ultra-carbon construction uses five different types of carbon in two different moduli, achieving maximum stiffness in certain areas while providing targeted flex in others.
SMOOTHER, FORGIVING RIDE The arrangement, thickness, and orientation of the carbon fibers in the layup provide a flex similar to the Atmos – for a smoother, shock-absorbing ride.
3DY-BEAM TECHNOLOGY The exclusive 3DY carbon unidirectional tape with high-modulus carbon reinforcement runs along the force lines and efficiently transfers the load from the bindings to the rails.
DOUBLE CONCAVE TO DEEP-V SPINE Breaks the surface tension of the water and absorbs landing energy for soft, controlled landings. Edge channels outside the double concave further improve edge control.
MEDIUM-HIGH OUTLINE CURVE Enables easy, smooth carving and ensures optimal grip at all times.
PRECISE EDGE CONTROL The balanced interplay of rocker, outline, and flex delivers a responsive board for powerful upwind riding and controlled jumps. The quad-channel tips direct water flow precisely to the fins and improve tracking.
