The ShiftLock Carbon handles provide an immediate response to your input, with the added benefit of being able to slide and lock into infinite positions. Carbon ShiftLock handles are sold separately from the wing, making it easy to find your perfect setup. There are five carbon handle lengths, ranging from the single 1100 or 950 boom to the 500, 400, and 250 mm handles. Use the size chart to determine the best handle combination for your wing size. If you are a more experienced rider and know what you want, you have the option to either downsize or choose a boom. The boom is your lightest handle option. It has only two connection points, so the overall weight is lower than two separate handles with four mounts. This suits a rider looking for a lighter rig for lighter winds and larger wings. The boom is also the most cost-effective option and would suit riders of any skill level; it is more forgiving because it allows you to slide your hand up and down during tacks. The smaller 250 handles are aimed at more advanced riders seeking precise positioning.
