High Aspect Front Wing

The Sonar High Aspect Front Wing Series is designed for maximum speed and efficiency across a variety of disciplines – from wing foiling to prone foil surfing. With this wing type, you need minimal pumping effort and power to glide. The shorter profile depth defines the profile strength, and with a thin profile, there is less drag. The wingspan provides stability and a slightly larger turning radius than a wing with a lower aspect ratio of the same size. The wingtips are refined to ensure there is no ventilation during peak exceedances, giving you the ability to take tighter turning radii at higher speeds without losing speed.
