THE FIRST INFLATABLE BOARD WITH CONCAVES IN THE MARKET

The concave shape of the deck allows you to stand closer to the water, have more control, and the catamaran-like hull provides additional stability. The thick rails around the 4.75-inch standing area provide extra stability in choppy conditions and offer an edge against which feet can be placed if necessary. This new technology has been used in the most popular shapes: iGO and Touring.

Ideal for explorers seeking high stability and the most stable riding characteristics. Recommended for up to a body weight of 135kg and/or for carrying a lot of luggage and accessories. Therefore, optimal for long tours.

DESIGN PROFILE

WELDED RAIL TECHNOLOGY: Every inflatable Starboard paddleboard features welded rails. The Welded Rail Technology creates a completely airtight, mechanically bonded seam without the risk of the glue weakening over time. This makes Starboard inflatable paddleboards stronger and more durable.
RAIL EDGE TECHNOLOGY: Creates a sharp edge where water can flow off smoothly to achieve optimal glide and speed.

CONCAVE DECK AND BOTTOM SURFACE: The vertical component of the concavity increases the “stiffness” of the board. The concave surface of the deck brings the center of gravity closer to the water and provides grooves for feet to grip well. The concave bottom creates a catamaran-like board with increased stability and balance. Particularly practical in choppy conditions.
DRAINAGE TRAY: Is made of EVA and ensures a soft stand when paddling. The shell helps drain water from the standing area. The gaps in the middle of the EVA and behind the standing area drain water out of the cockpit more quickly.
2-IN-1 SHOULDER CARRY STRAP & PADDLE HOLDER: Velcro loops for attaching the paddle. The board is easier to carry as it hangs effortlessly on your shoulder, leaving your hand free
makes for multitasking. When not in use, the strap lies flat on the board so it doesn't drag in the water. The Zen construction only comes with 2 D-rings. The belt must be purchased separately from an accessory store.
BUNGEE TIE DOWN: A bungee attachment on the front of the board for storing gear and accessories. The bungee is attached with 4 D-rings to which bags and equipment can be attached.
FCS INSERT: On the nose for attaching accessories such as GoPro, cell phone holder, compass or GPS. STAR Mount comes with every board to attach additional accessories.
FREE LIGHTWEIGHT LEASH: At just 70 g, the leash is incredibly light. The soft padding ensures that it stays flat when you stand on it. Easily attaches to the leash ring without the need for an excess rope loop.

A DOG BONE SHAPE: The carefully woven space yarns end before the end of the base yarn arrangement. This allows the deck and bottom of the board with the rail straps to expand into a round shape that is larger than the thickness of the board.
4.75” THICKNESS: In the footprint, tail and nose area for a stance closer to the water.
NEW DROP FIN BOX: The contour improves the hydrodynamic efficiency of the box and reduces air resistance by 50%. Intelligent reinforcements reduce weight by 10%.

INCLUDED PUMP: Fixed hose and pressure gauge position when inflating. 10% more efficiency thanks to the redesigned piston and outer air outlet tube. In addition, the double and single pumping modes as well as the wider, foldable footplate increase stability when pumping.
RE-COVER BAG: The bag is designed to weigh as little as possible, but is still comfortable and robust. The wheels provided on each bag make them more comfortable for a long hike. The hiking strap is ergonomically curved to ensure good stability on the shoulders.
