The Nova is the perfect Harness for anyone looking for flexibility combined with good support properties in the back area. With a flex index of 6, it belongs to the medium-hard to softer harnesses of the ION range. The Nova was developed with the health of the athlete in mind and features a replaceable Ergo_Pad on the inside. The padding is equipped with an integrated channel and raised trigger points on the outside and is supplied in 2 different thicknesses. These prevent injuries in the lower back area, reduce pain, and increase wearing comfort. Both pads are included and are attached with a very strong Velcro fastener. Just try both and decide which one you feel most comfortable with. Flexible side parts and an integrated flexible strap provide sufficient freedom of movement, while the 3D_Plus-Spine supports the back. The result is a good balance between freedom of movement and support of the back muscles through the higher cut shape. The Harness is an absolute lightweight thanks to the use of the Curv partial construction, the non-water-absorbing HD_Foam, and the slim Spectre Bar (including kite hook). The Curv_Flaps of the Spectre Bar ensure seamless and optimal force distribution throughout the Harness. The Nova comes with an integrated Kite_Knife Multitool 2.0.
