With our Fly Air Fit, you can take your workout onto the water! Our Fly Air Fit is a movable platform for a new, intense, and effective form of balance training. Whether it's yoga, Pilates, or simple paddle training – every muscle is engaged, improving body awareness, core stability, and coordination.

Compared to conventional training methods, strength and coordination are significantly improved during workouts on the movable Fly Air Fit Board, and you also benefit from outdoor training in nature. The large volume ensures excellent stability against tipping, allowing all yoga or fitness exercises to be performed on the soft deck pad without unwanted swimming movements. The elongated outline also provides good paddling characteristics with excellent water position and immense stability against tipping. The many eyelets around the board offer connection options to training partners and the Fly Air Fit platform, and optionally, power bands can also be attached there.
