THE NEW EDGE

The Wedge range includes a series of SUPs, all 32" wide, to provide buoyancy and stability even for heavier riders. They offer the performance and ride feel of a pro without compromising stability or volume. This is a versatile range for large and small conditions, best suited for beginners and intermediates.

This board is suitable for lighter riders or those who want extra maneuverability and performance. The 8’0" fits in the pocket and critical section of the wave.

The Wedge was awarded Best Performance Wide Body Board in 2022 by SUPBoarder Magazine.

FINS

FIN SET UP: The thruster fin setup ensures comfortable straight tracking on flat water and provides drive and control in the surf. 8’7" & 8’0" offer both thruster and quad. The quad fin setup uses 4 side fins and offers quick acceleration and instant speed as it has no drag from the larger center fin.
FIN SUPPLY: Blue Carbon comes with prepreg carbon fins. Starlite and Limited Series come with Armacore center fin and Net Positive side fins. 8’0" x 32" Starlite and Limited Series come with Armacore fins.

LOW NOSE ROCKER: Helps you get into the waves easier and earlier.
THIN RAIL PROFILE: The thinner rails of the 8’7″ and 9’2″ give the wedge its pro-level performance with faster surfing speeds, better grip and turning ability. The thin rails are inspired by the popular longboard range for the ultra-responsive and reactive feel.
ROUNDED PIN TAIL: The wedge has a new rounded pin tail to increase turning ability
of these broader models. The pin tail makes it easier to sink the tail for faster bottom turns and top turns. The rounded tail also gives the board better drive out of the turns.
NEW BOARD SOCK: Reduces paper waste and protects your board from dust, scratches and UV damage. Made from stretchy polyester, it adapts to different board shapes. The iconic blue board sock with secure drawstring closure ensures optimal protection.

NARROW NOSE OUTLINE: The narrow nose outline helps you generate speed, prevents the nose from getting caught on turns and fits into tighter pockets in the wave.
MONO CONCAVE: Generates lift and speed by channeling the water from the nose to the tail, through the double
Concave for sensitive rail-to-rail turning from the middle, through the vee tail for reactive pivot turning at the tail.
